Which billing systems can you connect to the BSI Customer Suite?

The BSI Customer Suite is agnostic, which means you can connect any billing system to it within a short time using low-code/no-code adaptations. In addition, BSI already comes with standard connectors for all common billing systems (SAP ISU, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).

How does BSI ensure software security and compliance in its SaaS option?

The BSI Cloud is ISO 27001 certified, holds an ISAE 3402 attestation, meets all requirements according to GDPR, and is also available as a BAFIN and FINMA-compliant solution. Therefore, there are many customers in the highly regulated financial industry, in addition to energy service providers, who trust BSI Software as their partner.

Does BSI integrate the BSI Customer Suite, or do integration partners perform the integration?

Both. BSI has a large team of experienced project teams and staff. In addition, we have an extensive partner network with hundreds of trained specialists. If you already receive support from a consulting firm, feel free to reach out to us, so we can check whether your desired partner already has trained personnel available. 

Does each module of the BSI Customer Suite need to be licensed individually?

Each module is available in 4 editions where each edition is based on the quantity structure and functional breadth. One ultimate strength of BSI Software is that every customer receives the entire BSI Customer Suite package. This allows our customers to test useful functions at any time and, if a business case is successful, they can easily scale a module up to the next higher edition, creating transparency and security.
