This is one of our corporate values at BSI that we live by every day. When we see a challenge, we actively tackle it. Talking in the subjunctive about what needs to be improved does not fulfill us.

This also applies to our collaboration with partners: our partners complement our product and solution portfolio along the entire customer journey in a variety of ways. We work hand in hand and use each other's expertise to offer our customers decisive added value. Two things are particularly important to us:

  1. A comprehensive understanding of the BSI Customer Suite among our sales and implementation partners.
  2. Your open feedback so that we can constantly improve in the interests of our customers

The challenge:

The BSI Customer Suite is an incredibly powerful piece of software. The individual products such as BSI CRM and BSI CX already offer comprehensive tools for sales, marketing, service and operations. However, it is in the interaction of all products that the suite unfolds its full potential and enables the digitalisation of the customer relationship across all business areas and processes, from customer acquisition to customer care.

The wish:

We quickly received initial feedback that our partners wanted very practical training that focussed on the Customer Suite as a whole.

The solution:

Based on this feedback, we developed the BSI Masterclass. In eight weekly sessions of two hours each and a three-day final workshop, we impart all the knowledge required to use the BSI Customer Suite. Masterclass participants learn best practices and create their own cross-product use cases, which they can present in the optional assessment.

The bottom line:

We launched this new format in mid-2022. Since then, 81 partner employees have impressed us with their in-depth expertise and their use cases in the assessments and earned the coveted Masterclass Diploma. A fantastic result! Thank you to all diploma holders for your commitment.

And so it goes on:

Six BSI Masterclasses are currently planned for 2024. In addition, we have further developed the successful format and launched the Professionalclass as the next qualification level. Here, the training content differs according to developer and consultant roles. The first programmes will start in March.
