Banking touchpoints
The “Touchpoints Reloaded” study is the result of our collaboration with the Institute for Financial Services (IFZ) and msg for banking AG. We surveyed about 1,600 bank customers in the DACH region about their habits and touchpoints with retail banks. The study provides comprehensive, scientifically backed insights and recommendations.
