VZ VermögensZentrum selected BSI to ensure that its more than 1,100 employees in Switzerland and Germany can focus even better on customer needs.
The cloud-based CRM from BSI has replaced the company’s more than 20-year-old CRM system, making both lead and customer management more efficient and personalized. FINMA compliance, an essential requirement VZ Depository Bank had, is included. Like VZ VermögensZentrum, VZ Depository Bank belongs to the VZ Group.
After migrating data from the existing CRM, linking numerous backend and legacy systems and revising marketing and sales processes, the company conducted a test run at its Lucerne office only six months after the project started. For the Switzerland-wide rollout to its 29 other branch offices, the company took into account what it had learned during the test run.
VZ VermögensZentrum developed use cases for sales, telephone marketing and response management and created an automated lead management scoring system to implement with BSI. VZ VermögensZentrum is also planning various marketing automation campaigns with BSI within the context of “vz news,” one of Switzerland’s most widely circulated newspapers.
In addition to BSI’s proven industry expertise, what stood out for VZ was the opportunity to actively shape the software roadmap as part of the “BSI Banking Community” and suggest software development requests directly.
