The BSI AI Element: Lead Management is a comprehensive configuration package for insurance companies that facilitates the efficient and fair distribution of incoming leads to agencies.

Logical, fair, transparent, and straightforward: BSI AI: Lead Management efficiently optimizes your insurance company’s lead distribution. It captures incoming leads centrally through the integrated REST interface and automatically assigns them to the most suitable agency based on an intelligent score value. 

Lead capture

A new lead is added to the BSI Customer Suite through EIP. The system automatically creates a customer data record and checks for duplicates. 

Lead analysis

An AI brain analyzes the lead based on the geographical distance between the customer and the agency, the wait time, and other factors, and calculates a score value for each potential agency. 

Lead routing

The software automatically assigns the lead to the agency with the highest score value while also taking exclusive areas, special customer requests, and multiple inquiries into account. 

Follow-up

The assigned agency contacts the potential customer directly. BSI AI: Lead Management records the response time and includes it in future score calculations, thereby continuously optimizing your lead management performance.
