Teaser

A personalized teaser for Lena is created in BSI. BSI recognizes Lena’s search behavior and displays this teaser to her after she logs in to online banking.

Personalization

Lena logs in and sees the teaser tailored to her, which offers her an exclusive saving of 100 Swiss francs.

Interaction

Lena clicks on “More information” and is redirected to an offer page specially prepared for her.
