With BSI, Bank WIR was able to hold its general meeting efficiently and digitally by automating all event-related processes. This included the written invitation with online registration and reminders, as well as a convenient online voting option that facilitates the incorporation of written votes. The result was a fast customer journey with added value and a reduction in costs and resources for planning and running the event.
Bank WIR sends written invitations for the general meeting to all members who can then register and confirm their attendance online.
A few weeks later, members who have not yet registered receive a reminder, ensuring an increased attendance rate.
On the day of the general meeting, members cast their votes electronically in a process that is easy and fast. Members who wish to cast a written vote can send their ballot in by mail or call the service center. These votes are entered into the system manually.
After the meeting, all electronic and written votes are counted in an automated process. The results are available quickly, therefore ensuring transparency.
Customers immediately receive a confirmation of their requests, even in off-peak hours, increasing their satisfaction and trust.
