Shaping the future of sales: Post-merger, BarmeniaGothaer moves ahead with BSI Software

The Insurance Group enhances its customer interface through efficiently supported sales partners and cutting-edge AI-driven capabilities

Baden/Wuppertal/Cologne, July 7, 2026 – Two merged insurers, multiple sales channels, one shared innovative foundation: As part of its merger, BarmeniaGothaer chooses BSI Software’s CRM/CX solution to integrate existing sales structures with efficiency, scalability, and long-term resilience. The BSI Customer Suite complements the insurer’s customer and marketplace platform, unifying its data and services.

As an integral component of BarmeniaGothaer’s new customer and marketplace platform, the BSI Customer Suite makes services and data centrally accessible to sales partners, thereby optimally supporting all sales channels. The CRM/CX solution’s integration capability, modularity, and scalability were key to the Insurance Group’s decision to partner with a company known for the flexibility and independence of its products.

Bringing diverse sales worlds together in record time

Going forward, approximately 7,000 users across exclusive sales, broker management, and back-office operations will work with the BSI Customer Suite. The goal is end-to-end sales support – from efficient customer support to strong portfolio development and well-coordinated agency management. The integration is happening in record time: The project was initiated in the fall of 2025, with initial pilot groups gaining practical experience with the solution starting this June. Guided by the principle “individual sales needs, a modular foundation,” the integrated system provides a powerful basis for successful market engagement. The new solution delivers strong technical support for sales, including BSI Tied Agent Management (TAM) in exclusive sales, which provides a unified, centralized customer view.

AI agents are coming

For BarmeniaGothaer, its partnership with BSI Software represents a significant opportunity for innovation. “Our goal is to achieve something extraordinary together, and to do so quickly,” says Christoph Moll, Head of Customer and Market Platforms at BarmeniaGothaer. “With the flexibly expandable BSI Customer Suite and a consistent platform strategy, we are establishing new benchmarks in the German insurance market. In the near future, AI agents are set to simplify the insurance group’s processes and unlock efficiency gains through automation. “I envision artificial intelligence being used throughout our entire platform,” says Moll, “for example, as a debriefing agent for sales partners or for policy checks in the generation of offers.” With its pronounced industry focus, the BSI Customer Suite facilitates rapid time-to-market.
