Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB) launches BSI CRM

BLKB, the leading bank in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, has selected BSI’s CRM system along with BSI Studio. As part of the joint project, the BSI CRM will be linked to Avaloq, the core banking system.

To take its customer relationship management into the future, BLKB will be using BSI's CRM as its front office computer system. The goals of the CRM implementation are to provide comprehensive advisory services as well as personalized service throughout the entire customer life cycle. In addition, BLKB plans to use the centralized customer view for the early identification and development of sales and service opportunities. The foundation for this is BSI Banking, the banking-industry specific CRM system that includes the marketing automation platform BSI Studio.

The seamless integration with Avaloq delivers a user-friendly front office computer system and a 360 ° customer view.

With the implementation of BSI Banking, BLKB seeks a significant improvement in user-friendliness and data quality. Other focus areas are the easy capture and use of customer data.

BLKB's client advisors will be the system’s primary users. In particular, they will have access to the 360 ° customer view with customer history, the product overview, pending business, and the process and advisory support in BSI Banking. Other areas the Bank hopes to enhance with BSI Banking are campaign management, next best offer, sales management, and individualized advisory services.

Getting to know – and understand – customers better

BSI Banking will be linked to Avaloq, the core banking system. In addition to the bank’s client advisors, other users will include the back office, customer center, marketing, feedback and complaint management, and contract and document management. Easier data management, filter and segmentation options, and fewer media breaks are some of the anticipated improvements of the integration.
