Companywide CRM introduction at Visana
Customer will be “thoroughly well served” with BSI CRM
The Visana Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Switzerland, wants to position itself as a service leader in the insurance world. Towards this end, Visana sought a companywide CRM solution and chose BSI as a partner.
With its promise, "Rundum gut betreut" (thoroughly well served), Visana places the focus on its customers. That is why the insurance company evaluated CRM solutions that should technically support the customer promise. After a convincing proof of concept by BSI, Visana chose BSI CRM, which will now be rolled out in two phases: The corporate customer department will be connected in summer 2017, and the private customer department, claims, finances, sales and marketing will follow in spring 2018.

The campaign management in BSI CRM will also be used. The goal is to address customers in a dynamic and event-oriented manner based on the holistic 360° customer view, to increase contact frequency and to provide a tailored consulting and sales experience.
