The life insurance company LV 1871 (Die Lebensversicherung von 1871 a. G. München) implemented a new CRM solution to support its business partners and marketing on the basis of BSI CRM.
The company also worked closely together with BSI to develop the Informer Plus self-service portal for its business partners.
