The company’s goal is to standardize different HR processes at its various locations, safeguard its data and relieve HR of administrative activities.

Barmenia Versicherungen was looking for a solution that would allow it to incorporate more interactive elements and gamification mechanisms during their (online) events. The company now uses the BSI Event Interaction tool with live surveys, automated networking matching, applause-o-meters and personalized landing pages at their annual sales kick-off event with around 500 participants.
