BSI: Top employer with exciting projects and a good work-life balance
According to kununu, Europe’s larger employer evaluation platform, BSI Business Systems Integration AG, is among the top three companies Switzerland when it comes to work-life balance. Employees value the balanced relationship between professional and private life to the extent that BSI was able to capture 2nd place in the current ranking.
The assessment of BSI’s employees is that at BSI, friends, family and leisure can be brought into a healthy balance with the demands of the working world. With a grade of 4.87 (5 = very good), BSI employees cinched their employer 2nd place in the Swiss employer landscape, as reported by kununu, the largest employer evaluation platform. This means that BSI matches the spirit of the millennial generation: when it comes to working part-time, vacations or brief leaves of absence, BSI Business Systems Integration AG stands out with various approaches intended to harmonize their staff’s private and professional lives. Their employees see it as a give and take. A BSI employee was quoted in kununu insights: “The work-life balance is right, but you cannot say that we have it cushy here!”
Markus Brunold is pleased that the BSI team members give the company such a good employer report card: “Time is a currency to be taken seriously in the battle for the best employees,” commented the BSI CEO, who went on to add: “Each one of us is committed privately; whether as part of a family, a club, or looking after children and family members. Many of our co-workers are very athletic or musically talented. As an employer, a good work environment and a balanced relationship between performance and regeneration are very important to us.”
Numerous benefits, high employee loyalty
Flexible working times, part-time options, parental time for moms and dads – BSI offers that, and much more to its employees: “We like to work and are very ambitious – but all within a healthy framework. Each individual BSI employee contributes to the company’s success. It is in our interest that they remain with us for a long time, full of happiness, health, energy and zeal, preferable permanently, to continue enriching the team.”
