BSI financial figures for 2008
The result for the business year 2008 was once again very positive. BSI grew by a further 16.2 percent. The signs all indicate further growth; a German office is being established and additional employees are being sought.
BSI Business Systems Integration AG (BSI) presented its financial figures for 2008 at the annual General Meeting on May 12, 2009. They show that in the business year 2008 BSI generated net turnover of CHF 28.3 million, which corresponds to a 16.2 percent increase over the prior year's result of CHF 24.3 million. BSI also successfully gained numerous new customer projects over the past business year, among them several well-known German companies. The company currently has a staff of 130 employees at three locations in Switzerland, Baden, Baar and Berne. The offices for the new Zurich location are being refurnished and a German office will be opened in Frankfurt this summer.
Founded in 1996, BSI Business Systems Integration AG, with its flagship product BSI CRM, offers a professional, scalable customer relationship management system with wide ranging functions. The patented graphical user interface (GUI) is so intuitively comprehensible that users can productively work with it after just a half-day of training. As a result of the application's simple user guidance and superior adaptability to individual customer requirements, BSI is increasingly also entrusted with the development and integration of comprehensive solutions.Customer proximity as a success factor"Performance and delivery were extraordinary in all BSI departments: the great dedication and customer focus shown by each individual was very impressive. Two further core elements of the good result were structures that remained lean and the high work load, which was made possible by customer relations based on a spirit of partnership,” explained Christian Rusche, CEO of BSI. As another important factor for his company’s positive result, Rusche named the successful sales of the Call Center extension for BSI CRM. BSI’s success in pursuing this strategy is indicated by the already well-filled order books for the 2009 business year. BSI is responding to increasing demand, particularly in Germany, by opening an office Frankfurt in the coming weeks. Within the scope of this expansion, a further 20 employees will be added in Switzerland and Germany.
