BSI CRM’s release history

Our CRM history began in 1996 with the software application named “ORS” (Operative Reporting System). A lot has happened since then. Since 2007, our software suite for all customer contacts is called “BSI CRM”, beginning with release number 12.1. We have constantly remained at the cutting edge of the market through constant further development of our standard products – or even a step ahead. And we want to also remain so in the future.

BSI CRM Ocean

The configurability of BSI CRM is becoming increasingly important. Nowadays, the administrator can adjust almost every visual and technical feature without programming. With the "Ocean" release the user experience will be further optimized.

Release Indigo

With the “Indigo” release, the user interface was completely refurbished and now runs as a web application in any browser. Many concepts were improved. The three feature and service releases deliver additional functionalities.

Release 12.9 is especially dedicated to the topics of multichannel, multi-device, process control, complete configuration by the administrator and release capability.

Release 12.8

In addition to many new functions in the core areas of Sales, Marketing and Contact Center, configurability of the software was improved even further.

Release 12.7

Release 12.7 involved three core issues: reduction of complexity, greater flexibility when customizing and investment protection.
