BSI Communities: Exchanging ideas among peers

With our communities we offer a platform for inspiring exchanges: Customers talk about their experiences from projects, actively influence the software product roadmap and receive inspiration from current trends. Get to know a few of our community activities here.

User Group Meetings

The communities meet several times annually to discuss the current professional, methodical and technical challenges confronting them and to get inspiration through interesting keynote speeches and innovative workshops. In addition, all the communities gather once annually for the BSI CRM User Group Meeting, one of the largest CRM events anywhere in Switzerland. What comes together is concentrated CRM competence ranging across industries and functions.

BSI Pool: Our customer platform
BSI Pool is a knowledge and dialogue platform that makes working with our software easier for customers. If our customers have questions about a certain function, seek first-hand information about new features or would like to share their experiences with other users, then the answer is just a mouse click away in BSI Pool.

With “Be Involved” we offer our customers the opportunity to influence the BSI software roadmap in a dynamic co-creation process. In meetings, workshops and on the customer platform, BSI Pool, new features and improvements are sought for the improvement of our software solutions. They are evaluated, then prioritized and ultimately built into our software.
