I am pleased to report that BDO, one of the leading auditing, business services, and advisory companies in Switzerland, has given us the green light to implement BSI in a phased approach. The arrangement involves the replacement of existing CRM systems, the integration of SAP, and the rollout of BSI for more than 1,300 employees in Switzerland within one year. The first wave of 300 users will be working with BSI in a production environment as early as this summer. They will have access to the comprehensive 360° customer view as well as to SAP data. Then, additional applications such as marketing automation and a comprehensive touchpoint management solution (portal, Skype, e-mail, letter) will be implemented systematically.
