BSI sets up CRM for Pfister
A BSI dream is coming true! With Möbel Pfister AG, another dream customer has placed its confidence in us: we are pleased and very proud that we are able to introduce BSI CRM at the popular market leader among Swiss furnishing retailers.
With a networked range of mobile and online platforms and 20 branch stores, Pfister aims to further expand the possibilities for its customers through digitalization of the shopping experience. BSI CRM will ensure that staff in the branch stores, in customer services and in the back office has access to the relevant data so that they can offer customers an excellent service experience.
