There is nothing better than our love for banks meeting with the love of bank employees. The Hanseatic Bank has evaluated a CRM solution as part of its strategic digitisation project. Those who will work with the solution on a daily basis were given a say in the selection process: Hanseatic Bank employees’.
We have programmed ourselves into the hearts of our employees on the basis of a few selected banking processes. Users of the Hanseatic Bank have thoroughly tested the processes and found: "BSI is our future CRM solution!”
We thank the employees for their great approval and the project managers for their trust! Together we will roll out step by step a central hub for credit service, collection and marketing, which fits perfectly into the future vision of the Hanseatic Bank.
