Awards and prizes for BSI

Satisfied customers and employees are top priority for us and are also our greatest award. Nevertheless, it is also nice when our innovative solutions and our open corporate culture are appreciated by independent sources.

Top IT employer in Switzerland

Kununu, the largest employer evaluation platform in the German-speaking region, has assessed the best places for computer and IT experts to work. With a score of 4.74 out of 5 stars possible, BSI was named as one of the top 5 most popular employers in Switzerland.

IT Innovation Prize 2016

The winner of the IT Innovation Prize was announced at the CeBIT. The “CRM” category award went to BSI for its seamless CRM solution. BSI Retail integrates all channels – phone, e-mail, Web forms and even stores – thus closing the gap between multi- and omnichannel.

Golden Headset Award 2015 for Innovation

The joint project completed with our customer, Walbusch, won the Golden Headset Award in the Innovation category. The award substantiates the innovative strength that arose through the cooperation with Walbusch. BSI CRM is used as a central CRM solution for all sales and communication channels in the Walbusch contact center and at the Walbusch stores.

Golden Headset Award 2015 for Customer Focus

In the Customer Focus category, our customer Sanitas was nominated for the Golden Headset Award 2015 with its “WOW through 360° customer view” project. Sanitas has worked with BSI CRM since 2014 to differentiate itself with better and faster service that is consistently focused on customers and their needs. BSI CRM integrates all channels, offers guided processes and provides a seamless customer history, which leads to a “wow” experience among customers.

Golden Headset Awards 2015 for Best Partnership

Our partnership with Swiss Post was also among the nominees in the Best Partnership category at the Golden Headset Awards. Swiss Post and BSI have worked together for 19 years. To boost quality and efficiency in customer service, Swiss Post decided to introduce a professional contact center solution with BSI as its software partner. To better target BSI Contact Center towards the requirements in customer service, BSI further developed the standard software and, in return, the employees of Swiss Post thoroughly tested the new features.

Swiss CRM Award 2015

BSI customer, Walbusch, was honored with the Swiss CRM Award at the Swiss CRM Forum 2015. True to the quote: “There can be only one” from the film ‘Highlander’, Walbusch chose one system that guides comprehensive customer management across all channels: BSI CRM. And ‘all channels’ at Walbusch really does mean ALL channels: from the contact center to the online shop and cash registers in the stores. The latter still remains an innovation even a year after the rollout.

acquisa Best Practice Award 2014

Our customer Walbusch was distinguished with the acquisa Best Practice Award. The award honored the consistency of all operative ordering and service processes at Walbusch. The innovative approach, which included integrating cash registers at the PoS in BSI CRM, was particularly well received by the jury.

CCV Quality Award 2014

BSI’s customer Walbusch won the CCV Quality Award in the IT Innovation category. With the award, the jury particularly praised the seamless customer experience and Walbusch’s multichannel approach, which is tailored to customer requirements.

Sylvie Meyer, PostFinance AG

CAt Award 2014

Our customer, Sylvie Meier, Head of Sales at PostFinance, was named Call Center Manager of the Year at the CCW in Berlin. Her project involved the integration of the formerly, very heterogeneous customer service into a multichannel contact center designed to meet the current challenges.

Golden Headset Award 2013

Sylvie Meyer, Head of Sales at PostFinance received the Golden Headset Award in the Customer Focus category. The jury specifically mentioned the customer proximity facilitated by the 360° view.

TeleTalk Team Award 2013

BSI was named “Best Team” by the industry publication TeleTalk. This was because the employees at BSI bring the company brand to life. As representatives of the company, they embody the corporate strategy and multiply the brand messages.
