In the case of a takeover of BSI by another company or should BSI sell or dispose of parts of the company, the transferee shall gain access to the data files stored by BSI, including personal data, subject to applicable law. The same applies to the transfer of data as part of a restructuring (company merger) or insolvency proceedings..
