BSI CRM for Versicherungskammer Bayern
Data storage in a central system with authorization logic
At the Versicherungskammer Bayern, BSI is currently replacing the old CRM system in portions of the Sales Department at Germany's largest public insurer.
For approximately 300 customer service representatives of the subsidiary, Landesbrand Vertriebs- und Kundenmanagement GmbH, a joint solution was created which shall cover all customer and contract data starting in July 2011, including the corresponding application process.
The companies previously used data inventories within the same system that were fully segregated from one another. BSI CRM integrates data storage in a central system with authorization logic and offers new functions, such as controlling and campaign management.
