BSI CRM for Swiss Life

The Swiss Life Network replaced its outdated CRM system and substituted the application with BSI CRM. The new software enables the management and reporting of customer and contract data.
The CRM solution also supplies continuous opportunity management both for the Swiss Life Network and its business partners. This means that sale opportunities are forward centrally to the local network partner in the CRM system and then processed locally.
