GMX and WEB.DE choose BSI CRM

Germany’s largest e-mail providers choose the contact center solution from BSI CRM for their written customer care.
To boost efficiency in their written customer care, to optimize processes and to improve the customer experience, GMX and WEB.DE have decided to work together with BSI. In an initial step, the BSI contact center solution was tested by selected pilot users in live operation. They expressed their satisfaction. In addition to intuitive operation, the specified goal of reducing the average process time was achieved. A full version will now be rolled out.
