ERGO will use the BSI Insurance broker management system to support brokers even better and more efficiently. ERGO will operate the insurance solution from BSI CRM in the cloud.

BSI Insurance – the central information and communication platform – will be operated at ERGO in the Amazon Web Services Cloud and enables multiple management of brokers and contact partners. This means that more than 500 users can access information placed in the broker management system at any time and from anywhere. Furthermore, the system can automatically generate requested documents and provides a comprehensive 360° overview of brokers and contact partners.

Therefore it makes sense and is efficient to bundle all information through a management system. This makes it possible for our broker reps to also provide information while on the go,” explained Stephan Schinnenburg, Board Member at ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG and responsible for broker and cooperation sales.
