USA here we come! BSI launches BSI CTMS in the USA.

Hello again, Gothaer!: The insurance group chooses us again as its CRM partner - following the agency system, BSI Insurance is also being introduced to broker sales.

Hey there Hanseatic Bank and Datatrans. Hanseatic Bank uses BSI CRM as a central hub for its customer relationship process. Datatrans, the leading Swiss payment service provider, introduces a central CRM solution.

New face for the BSI website.We have renovated! How do you like our new concept?


We proudly present…! We launch our BSI Studio digitization platform and present it at the DMEXCO in Cologne and at the SWISS CRM Forum in Zurich. And: Münchner Verein is now also using BSI Insurance as an agency system.


Human vs. Maschine. We invite guests to a reception to celebrate the publishing of the “Decoding Digital Marketing” study. Together with the W.I.R.E. think tank, we searched for answers about the future of digital marketing. Swiss Post receives a customer portal and self-service payments machine from BSI. The University of Zurich manages its language courses with Scout – and we were able to implement it.


Roll the film! The large BSI community comes together for the 12th User Group Meeting, celebrates the BSI CRM Ocean release and the launch of BSI Studio. The premiere celebration for the digitization platform BSI Studio was held the evening before in the SRF studios. Also: Our first customer in Austria is Bank Gutmann! We are pleased that Austria’s number one private bank is entrusting its customer care to BSI Banking. Galenicare uses BSI CRM for its complete spectrum of customer relationships. And we break through the 300 employee mark!


BSI Studio live. The first customer story goes live at APG|SGA. The objective: to continuously monitor customer satisfaction. FIEGE Gruppe rolls out BSI CRM from the cloud in 15 countries.

Curious and full of anticipation we look forward to a new year in 2019, showcasing a joyful customer experience. In the leading role: our customers, whom we equip with great features and stories, enabling them to steadily keep a nose ahead of the market. Well, at least one :)
