A talking CRM, social media integration in the Contact Center and digital customer relationships: BSI is heading to the CCW with exciting innovations from the BSI Lab, new functions for the Contact Center and a success story about the digitalization of customer relationships.

At the CCW, Europe's largest convention and trade fair for customer dialogue, from February 27 to March 1, 2018, we will show how the integration of Facebook, YouTube, live chat and SMS delivers likes. And we are also taking an innovation along with us: a prototype of our talking CRM. This shall make life easier for field sales staff in the future, provide information about pending business cases, customer histories, next best actions or sales opportunities from BSI CRM by voice and also significantly support sales reps in their daily routine. With their voice demo at the BSI stand, BSI will show how the future of the CRM integrated voice assistant could appear for taking out insurance or booking travel.

We are also pleased that a special customer is also accompanying us to Berlin: Noel Vena-Veloso from the Degussa Bank will inspire convention forum visitors with his presentation on the future of customer service and the digitalization of customer relationships.


Award nomination for Baloise Insurance

Our customer, Beatrix Riner, from Baloise Insurance, has been nominated for the CAt-Award 2018. The CAt-Award distinguishes the best call center managers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The short, unbureaucratic processing of claims cases through direct completion on the phone or online has reduced the throughput time in the Baloise claims team from 14 days to a single day. This evokes customer enthusiasm and a positive feeling among employees. We wish Beatrix Riner and the Baloise Insurance team plenty of luck!
