BSI Insurance and Münchener Verein – a success story

Münchener Verein (MV) has been one of our valued customers since 2014: Four years ago, BSI Insurance was introduced for direct sales. We are delighted that the MV has now also opted for BSI Insurance as its agency system. After the pilot agencies, the CRM solution for insurance companies will successively be available this year to all around 450 users of agency sales throughout Germany.



Digitalization of sales processes

Dr. Martin Zsohar, COO at MV, describes the CRM introduction as an "important milestone in the digitalization of sales processes". BSI Insurance serves as a central information system and is intended to optimize customer care, enable a targeted customer approach and a consistent customer experience. In marketing, BSI Insurance can be used in particular to increase efficiency in offer management and boost sales by means of effective campaigns. MV will use BSI as a digitalization platform, which will hopefully inspire many employees and customers.
